Mega-Flash 5000 Series Dual Level LED Light Bar

This is the brand new Mega-Flash 5000 Series LED Light Bar from UK manufacturer Redtronic. The light bar is available in 7 different lengths, and the range comprises 22 models.

The model shown in the picture above is the 43.5" 5000, and has 56 light heads which contain 168, 3 watt Osram LED diodes. These are mounted inside a 4mm thick polycarbonate shell, which is UV stabilised. The unit is approximately 90mm (just over 3 1/2 inches) high, and sits on a low profile mount.

The model is available as covert or with coloured lenses, or indeed a combination of both.

While the product does not have lots of flash patterns (which will probably never get used), it does come as standard with alternating left/right flash in the following patterns. They are, single, double, triple, quad, megaflash and hyper-flash. I'm sure as time goes by the unit will offer diagonal flash patterns as well. This product has been principally designed for use where users are required to have the ability to show two colours.

At the moment the product meets, and exceeds UN specification ECE R65, and is E9 and e11 marked for use in the European Union (EU).It is also IP54 sealed externally and IP67 sealed inside.
